Let's face it—product emails about account issues are inherently pretty dull. But they don't have to be. For the launch of a new Gen Z-focused educational product from Barnes & Noble Education, Inc., I created the brand voice based on the client's direction of "friendly, innovative, youthful and playful." These emails exemplify that voice, sprinkling in a bit of fun while guiding the reader to act.
